Wet dreams happen due to excess horniness. If you beat-off regularly, you most likely won't have wet dreams. If you let the steam build up, the body has to release the excess. This is regardless of whether you are an "adult" or not.
Sperm is like Dorito's, the body will continue to make more.

MASTURBATION MYTHS:
from http://www.jackinworld.com/library/myths.html
Chances are, of all the things you've heard about masturbation, most of them were absolutely false. For some reason, misinformation surrounds masturbation like virtually no other topic. How do you spot a masturbation myth? One simple method is to ask yourself if the statement is also true of sexual intercourse. When you're masturbating, your body only knows it's getting sexually stimulated; it doesn't know by what means. So, for instance, if the question is whether or not masturbation causes acne, think of it this way: If it did, intercourse would also cause acne. In fact, neither masturbation nor intercourse cause acne.
MYTH:
Masturbation causes hair to grow on your palms.
FACT:
How many people with hair on their palms have you seen?
MYTH:
Masturbation causes hair loss, chronic fatigue, and other problems.
FACT:
Internet scam artists have tried to invent a concept called "overmasturbation," insisting that you have to buy their expensive herbal pills in order to counteract the effect of masturbating more than a couple of times per week. But the pills have absolutely no effect — and masturbating once or twice a day will not make your hair fall out, or cause anything else they claim.
MYTH:
Masturbation is bad for your eyesight.
FACT:
Masturbation does not affect eyesight. This myth probably originated because boys often start having to wear glasses at about the same age they start masturbating.
MYTH:
Masturbation causes your penis to stop growing (or) to get bigger.
FACT:
Masturbation has no effect on penis size whatsoever.
MYTH:
Masturbation causes your testicles to shrink.
FACT:
Absolutely false! It is true that if you're highly aroused, your testicles become engorged with blood and may appear slightly larger and heavier, and that masturbating will make them revert to normal. But they will absolutely not be any smaller than after the last time you masturbated.
MYTH:
Masturbation causes acne.
FACT:
It doesn't cause acne. Like the eyesight myth, this is a case of two things that happen at the same time, even though one doesn't cause the other.
MYTH:
Masturbation causes sexually transmitted diseases.
FACT:
Hello? "Sexually transmitted" means from one person to another. You can't give yourself a sexually transmitted disease!
MYTH:
If you masturbate too much, you'll run out of semen and become sterile.
FACT:
Semen is a fully renewable resource. When you ejaculate semen, your body simply makes more — the same way your body makes more saliva after you spit.
MYTH:
People can tell whether you masturbate by how your penis looks.
FACT:
Masturbation does not change the appearance of your penis. (It does tend to cause an erection, but that usually goes away when you're finished.)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
A nocturnal ejaculation may have more prostatic fluid in it (which is whiter and thicker), while a daytime ejaculation may have more sperm and fluid from the seminal vesicles, which tends to be more clear and less viscous.

This experience, called nocturnal emssion, is absolutely normal in all males. After a boy reaches puberty, the sperms produced in his testicles are ejected out of his body (when he gets an erection) from time to time. One such occasion is during the time a man is asleep, generally when he is aroused sexually in his sleep.
The testicles produce semen all the time as long as there is no hormonal disease, and semen/seminal fluid gets out during nocturnal emission, or during masturbation or during sexual intercourse, or even when viewing porn related movies/literature. This is a normal experience.
Ones sex life doesnt get affected by this discharge from the body due to any of the above natural causes, and so a nocturnal emission shouldnt worry anyone. It is a totally natural process and one neednt feel ashamed or embarrassed about it. However, once a person has had a discharge of semen from his penis at any time, it is advisable to wash the area immediately with ordinary soap and water. (The clothes too should be changed and rinsed in water as soon as possible, since semen stains on clothes leave a pale yellow color if not washed immediately.) Semen, when it dries on the body (if unwashed), tends to smell and also may give rise to mild irritation on the skin wherever it falls, if not washed before it gets dried. This is a matter of simple personal hygiene.

If you're just getting into puberty, then thats just a wet dream. They'll more or less stop as you mature.
If you are mature (physically), you still wouldn't have a problem. The testes will still make plenty of the lovely little squigglies to get a woman pregnant.

Most men have "Wet dreams" regardless of how often they have normal sex. I'm 62, have sex several times a week and I still occasionally experience this type of nocturnal orgasm. The last time that it happened to me, I had had sex with my wife only a few hours beforehand, so stop worrying and get on with your life - you are quite normal!

What you are experiencing is a normal process called nocturnal emission, or wet dreams. In no way will it effect your sex life after marriage.

No. So what, if it comes out during sleep, obviously it is a natural act. If anyone tells you that you did something wrong, they are wrong to say that. Your body is yours, and it has natural emissions that you can and can't control all of the time.
