No big deal, i have seen alot of famous celebrities beating the crap out from reporters. Some reporters are just damn annoying and they screw up your real life even you're not on camera. I wont blame ben on that because he just wants a piece of freedom and own life. I think the reporter deserves it

The beggining it says he was there to promote Jersey Girl, so he was just using the reporter as a crying shoulder after getting drunk over Jennifer Lopez,.. this was way before the ugly Jennifer Garnier came in to the picture
