Drivers for this card should be available for download. Just do a Google search for the name and model of your card with the word driver as well, e.g. "Labtec 2700" +driver
You should find a few good hits which lead you to either the company's website or someplace else where you can download and install the driver.

Go to...Start> Accessories> Communication> Fax> Send Fax

First make sure that ur modem has ability to fax, then no matter if it has the software included or not, we can use a software, WinFax to recieve and to send faxes from your computer.

Download and install the RIGHT driver for it
