Well, your version is clear enough - but "done" is a really grim "catch all" word - rather like "get / got" etc.
"I haven't finished with it yet" might be more suitable - although depending upon what "it" is, there may still be better alternatives.

"as yet" is redundant (means the same as what you already said) and is not needed. And it sounds fussy and pedantic.

No, because "have" is an auxilliary verb that helps "done", not "with". Also, "as yet" is uncommon.
