I like the way it flows with the A sound at the end of both, but I think Isabella is too long to match with the last name. Eva, flows beautifully. Other options going along the same lines could be Deena or Lilah.

I like Isabella, because if she shortens it she can still be Bella (beauty). And Eva might remind sadistic school children of the movie Deliver Us From Eva.

They sound like supermodel names. :) Seriously, the girl will probably become an actress with a name like that...and there's not necessarily anything wrong with that.
They both sound great with the last name. As a stand-alone name, I prefer Isabella. If shortened I would call her Isa (pronounced ee-sah).
But I don't think you could go wrong with either. Very strong and beautiful.

I think Isabella is beautiful. There were so many famous, good Isabella's throughout history. Plus, you can shorten it into cute little names, like Bella (meaning beautiful).
