I don't agree with all that PETA says, but the idea that there should be an ethical treatment of animals seems to me to be indisputably essential in any society that values calling itself "civilised."

The use of animals can (and must) be done ethically. I don't see how slaughtering animals for sport, to make a display or as a protest can be justified. If you feel that people need to see how their food is prepared, then I agree that that this is a worthwhile thing to do, but a better way would be to organise trips of local commercial slaughter houses. The annual seal hunt in eastern Canada also serves this purpose.

In the same way that I don't agree with the type of protest that you are suggesting in front of PETA; I also don't agree with the protests that PETA does during the annual seal hunt.

I hope you have a lot of hedge clippers handy...or just one to clip them all (in a line). Wait, that would mean you would need 50 poeple to hold them and one to do the choppin' (oh, and one to shovel up the heads) UNLESS, 25 poeple hold TWO chickens at a time....no, that wouldn't work. Why don't you figure out the logistics of a 50 chicken slaughter and get back to us...sounds like a messy idea, however you do it.

PETA is stupid. I love when they all pile on a dirty diesal boat to protest the Navy ships. I am an animal lover, I love how they taste.

why aggravate people who love animal they way they do, just leave them to their beliefs and maybe someday either them or us carnivorous peole will be proven wrong, stop giving ideas to some minds who does not have anything better to do!
