My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for three years now, and we are getting nowhere! There is nothing wrong with us, I just don't understand!! Does anybody know what we can do to get pregnant? Please help!!!

track your cycle to find your most fertile days. those are when you have the best luck, if that doesn't work you might want to see a Dr.

I am assuming you have both been to a fertility clinic and been thoroughly tested to rule out any possible cause of problems. If you haven't gone through the extensive testing that would be the first place to start. Have they tried fertility drugs on you yet? Usually this is the next step if everything checks out ok. Someone might be able to post more info you add information as to what they have had you try already when you were seen at the fertility clinic.

I just read today that if a couple has been trying to get pregnant for a year, but can't, it's quite likely that the lady is infertile. You should really see a doctor about it, and they'll refer you to a reproductive endocrinologist and an infertility specialist. Hmm, tech support time.
1. Make sure you are not using any birth control. Seems obvious, but you never know.
2. Make sure you reach orgasm. As many times as humanly possible.
3. Make sure the objective of sex is pleasure and the expression of love. To do otherwise bears a child onto a sinking ship.

Don't keep on thinking on it all the time . It is some thing that a doctor & both of u have to descuss openly to get a perfect & good result out of it . .Both of u keep clam & enjoy your life. God is great he will give u a healthy baby . keep patiance & please consult a doctor Get all the test done take treatment Espacially u have to be know more brave to open out to ur husband & doctor .Take treatment . It usually happens when you least expect it. But stress releases hormones that affect our reproduction, so relax and enjoy the alone time with your husband. You two will be glad you did when the babies do come home.

Have you and your husband merged into a single entity? "We want to get pregnant?" :) You both should get checked out by a doctor if you haven't already.

Track your cycle on a website like mymonthlycycles.com. It will tell you when you are most fertile and when your best chances are. Good Luck!
