I have been thinking that the cops are leaving out some of their best resources to catch the killer.
All they need do is deploy a couple of radar speed traps and a litter warden.
They will catch him in no time at all.
Can anyone else come up with ideas to catch the maniac..??/

I think they should call in the only man in France that this nation could depend on......... Inspector Cluesoue. I'm sure he could find himself some sort of busty hoe' disguise to catch the killer red handed, by driving round the red light district of Ipswich offering his kinky sex for sale.

This maniac thinks he's Jack the Ripper, but unlike the Ripper this guy will be captured. It's not 1888 anymore and there are far more forensic tools and advanced techniques available to the catch him.. I don't think adding female decoys will help. The killer is targeting prostitutes and probably knows who they are in a small community like Ipswich. I think the case will be solved by clues left on the bodies: hairs, fibers, DNA evidence. This guy is too smart to be chased down or trapped.
