this is the first year i've ever shopped late for christmas gifts. i'm not going until tuesday (19th) or maybe wednesday.. i've never been went shopping a week or even two weeks before christmas before.. is it going to be crazy packed?

Put it this way... Sunday night at Walmart (past midnight...) the line went all the way to the music department. It is going to be a crazy expierience for sure and you will most likely get to see the not so attractive side of fanatic shoppers... but if you remain calm (and keep that mace readily available... just kidding) you should be able to get through it unscathed for the most part.

i know how frightening, they make you think of that Christmas is in simple terms around the corner. I observed chocolate count form down calenders in the department shops in simple terms final week. Gees are they going to initiate promoting Easter previously Christmas is even over.

I work in retail, and believe me ...........you should NEVER leave it till the last minute for a few reasons......
All the good stuff is already gone.
Too many people around.
Always remember to check inside the box to make sure everything is there......there's nothing worse than opening a present on Christmas day only to find parts missing or broken.....( especially when buying for children).

Oh, yes, it is DEFINITELY going to be packed ... and quite crazy. Hard to find parking, hard to check out, and if the shelves are not pretty much empty already, they will most likely be empty of the thing that you wanted to purchase anyway.

I went to WalMart and my local mall this past Saturday. I only needed a few non-Christmas items at WalMart and one small gift at the mall.
It was madness.

Yes!!! It will be crazily packed!! That's if you could find parking. People are rude, lines are ridiculously long too. Have fun and good luck.
