I tried to root for the brotha but Art is so out of style it's over get him out AL. I didn't like the jerry porter situation he lost the team then the defense is improved now they need a real Offense Cordinator to run the team one that is in today's time Art. Tom Walsh was a joke I hate what has happened to my team.

You must remember nobody wanted the job in the first place. Shell was like the fifth choice or worst. It is not his fault the team is lousy. Al Davis still lives with his 1963 playbook with LaMonica throwing deep to Wells and Blietnikoff. Until Davis is out of the picture this team will remain lousy.

Nothing against Mr. Shell here too. It is amazing how your Raiders and my NHL Flyers suffer from the same old dogma. Owners that have stuck around for far too long, trying the approach that was successful in the 70's, and recycling the same personel in positions of management.

I hate the Raiders but I love Art it is not his fault the Raiders suck...........I mean we all know they will get better when Al Davis dies.its his bad Karma that brings them down every year. but Art is a good coach look what the man has to work with. Is it Dennis Greens fault that the Cardinals are having a bad season..........no........

I'm a raiders fan myself yea sometimes i think its art shell who is messing things up but our offense they aren't playing good.now we have a nice defense.i just think we need a coach who is going to yell at these boys to win. i hate seeing my team lose.

He should not be fired, just relieved of his coaching duties and moved to the front office.

They don't really fire first year head coaches. They only fire coaches when it is their second, third, fourth, or etc.
