The law defers from state to state. Most probably at age 18 you should be alright.

You have to be 18 no matter what...some states its 21.

well your parents can sign for you to get one sooner...but i'm guessing that just won't happen.....i waited till i was 18 as well...and then i got one every year after that! so addicting! may i just recommend do not get it on your foot (it hurts like hell!). otherwise the other 4 i didn't notice...a couple of them actually tickled!

18 is the legal age. in most states.
make sure its something that you've thought long and hard about, and that you'd be willing to have on your body forever.

I think its up to urself to decide. But it'll be the best if u would consult ur parents beforehand, they might not want to see u do sommething to the body that they created.

it depends on the state, i live in iowa and you have to be 18 even if your parents will sign that you can get one, and it also depends on the parlor, so call around and ask, good luck

also I would recommend that you have stopped growing before getting a tattoo, otherwise it couls change shape a bit
