It depends on efficiency of your car...divide the distance by average mileage will give you number of litres required...fill the tank full.

Maruti latest models are giving a mileage of about 12-15 kms on highways. Since maruti 800 is an old model, I suggest you to fill 80 litres of petrol (return trip calculated @ 300 kms each way).

If you drive your vehicle, without much clutch usuage/shifing gears, preferably in top gear with a speed of 70kmph, the savings would be even more.
