Recently, everytime I invite a another sim over, after I greet them, they leave. I thought it might have something to do with the business I opened up in my house because once they come over, they walk straight to the business, and then leave. Is it the business in the house that's messing it up or is it some type of glitch?

Lock the doors on the business. It's one of the bad parts of having a home business.

Yes lock the doors, but when you exit the game the next time you come back on they will have gone. Try locking a vampire in an open area of your house and when the sun comes up watch him burn!

If your business is open, then they seem to do that. Try closing your business and keep talking to them to get their realtionship up a bit, to where they will autonomously do things at your house, like watch TV or go in the pool.

Despite removing the doors,you will not be able to talk to them because i tried before
They fell asleep instead and i move them out of the house using the cheat code
