Is it true that Agilent Tech., Inc.,-USA recruiting an applicants from Philippines. Is this a scam? Pls. help?

I got an email from Ms Andrea Mattson-Fishmann, HRD Training Director of Agilent Technologies, Inc.-USA, as what she said in her Email, that I am qualified to work in their company in the CA, USA and to undergo an IQ test and comprehensive training here in Metro Manila, Philippines. She mentioned in her email about the benefits and compensation package and its very convincing to those who are looking for the job and to earn dollars is a big deal. She also cited in her email that they have sattelite office in Cebu at 11th/F Keppel Tower, Cebu business Park, Cebu City, with their representative Mr. James Castillo and secretary Ms. Jane Solomon. Guys, if you have the same as this kind of unbelieving story from Ms Mattson-Fishmann please leave any message at [e-mail]
