This was really terrible and anyone that can say nothing racist was said is a $%&#@!
To even watch this crap made me angry. How can you apologize for something like that? He just totally freaked out and his behavior was beyond inappropriate. Many patrons even stated in the comedy theatre that it was totally uncalled for and he yelled at them for having an opinion. I'm glad to see that people had sense enough to get up and leave. I saw his comedy act, like some of the others and it was NOT and I repeat NOT FUNNY! I can't believe Seinfeld got on Letterman and tried to support his friend. That apology was lame and a half azz attempt at trying to rectify this incident. He should've just taken the blame and said I'm sorry - instead he tried to justify it by stating he was being heckled & lost it. No he wasnt! He was mad because his act sucked the big one & his laughs were few! He didn't feel terrible afterwards, he said exactly what he felt and was embarrased that the world didn't agree or find it entertaining. I see why his career is in the toilet!

Yes I've seen it, and it should be put out world wide for ALL to see so they can know one thing: Our global news agencies ARE BIASED and they should compensate Michael Richards for slanting the story as they have done.
Let's put it this way: it's clearly evident the two hecklers--who barged in the midst of Richards' show w/ a pack of some TWENTY loud people. Richards only done what EVERY comedic stage performer does when their shows get rudely interrupted: he focused on them---nothing said was racial.
Noooo: the FIRST RACIAL SHOT was made by THE TWO WHO GOT THEIR MUGS ON TV, looking like pitiful vicitms....because their manhood was threatened in front of women....and they were a wee bit drunk too.
But their mouths kept going....and Richards flared on them as well. In short, the two boys have NO LEGAL CASE against Richards. But don't take my word for it, watch the video for yourself and see.

anyway there WAS no heckling. they came in late and richards freaked out on them. were they being too loud? there's really no way to know (although richards had a microphone and they didn't), but we do know that he wasn't being heckled. he himself hasn't even said he was heckled, people just made it up to blame this whole thing on the black people.
one more thing, i watched a little of richards' stand-up and it wasn't funny AT ALL. yes, he was brilliant as kramer, but his stand-up is awful. so we can safely assume the crowd wasn't laughing and maybe that's what brought on his rage-filled racist tirade.

No. I think the person didn't start their video until he started freaking out. The earliest I've seen starts with "Shut up! Fifteen years ago...." Judging by how the video shakes at the beginning, I think they were just starting to record then.
