yes its only for verizon its exclusivly theres like the sidekick is tmobiles. u should get it its very cool. if ur with sprint i would switch to verizon they have way more advanced stuff like steaming video and there is a way to get free ringtones and other stuff unlike sprint where they are the BIGGEST RIP OFF they are insane they charge so much!! my mom had them and she switched and she is so happy she had one of those plans where they would only charge her a certain amount every month and the amount always went up higher and she hardly ever used her phone!!
