how do i kill virus?

i odnt have any anti virus but i cant download anything ....in the internet even though if i buy it in the CD i put on my computer it never says anything..i cant install it either.........now so many virus and many spywares and virus are in my computer what should i do to kill them????

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

Normally I'd give a quick how-to on this, but it sounds like you're having some serious computer problems.

The one thing I'll suggest is that you turn off your computer, unplug it, and open up your computer. Double-check all the connections (push them into where they're connected).

Then try getting your anti-virus to install again. If that doesn't work - take it to a computer service store - they'll take a look.

Are you using XP? Check that you're not on a limited access account - you need administrator level access to install programs.
