Bloody Mary was a real person... she was based off of Queen Elizabeth 1 sister I think who was a horrible person and had many people killed.
There is also a "Bloody Mary" in New Orleans as well.
I don't know where the whole "Bloody Mary" from the mirror came from but no, shes not real :-) It was made up long ago by bored kids. The only reason you get scared is cause you make yourself scared.
And I had tried it with 2 friends.... the only scary thing was me changing my voice to a more spookier tone at the last "bloody mary" then grabbing one of my friend's arm suddenly which caused her to scream!! (ya, I was a prankster as a teen lol)

Yes, Bloody Mary was real. And standing in from of a mirror chanting a name will not bring back the dead. And if you are by chance able to do so. I can assure you that you will not like the end results of waking the dead.... For it will surely mean death to you and who knows how many others, Before someone figures out how to send her back to the realm of the dead....................

Bloody Mary was real, she was a Queen. Some of my ancestors were killed by her and the rest fled. So she was very real, but very much dead.
I have tried it, long before I knew she had ANYTHING to do with my ancestors. Nothing happened, but after reading some of the accounts of what happened to our family I would never have done this real or not. Because the things she did are nothing to joke about.

I've done it. It doesn't work. As far as Bloody Mary being real, the origins of the legend may be based on a single tragic event.

bloody mary is all nonsence and science has never proven it. Because while standing in frount of mirror its just our own reflection and nothing else

never had any strange experiences regarding Bloody Mary. so therefore doubt the tales are true

yes i do believe that bloody mary is real.but i have never tried that bloody mary trick b/c i dont wanna upset her or do her wrong.
