Since God is not a logical system, I'd have to say probably not.
Though interestingly enough, you could use Godel's theorems to prove that if God really did create mankind and knows everything about us and everything we know, then it will be impossible for mankind to ever completely understand God. A curious thought.

God is the big picture...
We are incomplete in not understanding this... because we are still trying to understand if there is a God or not....
God is not incomplete.... He created us in His image.... and we dont' know what that is......
Some do.... but MOST dont......
God also has His son... who is the other part of Him complete..... Together they created the world, the universe, the heavens, the creatures... all that we behold... and all that we do not understand..... and without him was not anything made that was made!!!!
We are in the image of God... not physically.... but spiritually.... God is a spirit.... what is inside of us, is the image of Him.... and we can't see it..... so we don't understand this..... The moment we understand, we are complete.... content....and at peace...... and that's what He wanted for us.....
