People are built upon their culture. You can't completely seperate the two. If the culture you are referring to is associated with a certain race, then you have a problem with the people of that race ... whether you admit it or not.

By the way, I don't know exactly what you are referring to, but I think I have an idea ... there's a difference between hating a culture and hating certain aspects of how certain individuals from a certain background represent themselves.

i think that is still a racist cause people tend to follow their culture im spanish mexicana american but i follw my mexican cultures casue wer really close and we grew up like in mexicana cultura
