Depends what you mean by "burn". Note MP4 format is really AAC and its variants (including AAC-HE).

--------------------------first case-------------------------------------------
If by "burn" you mean burn them in CD-audio format (and convert mp4 to CD Audio to work with your CD player), the answer is no.
If you have the urge to convert your MP4 files to CD Audio you do NOT the CD-burning software to do it just use a free program like WINAMP (www.winamp.com) to convert MP4 to WAV format. Roxio can then burn the WAV file(s) directly to CD audio.
-----------------------second case-------------------------------------------
If you mean store the MP4 file on a CD so it can be read by any MP4 player (but NOT a standard CD-audio player) then Roxio can burn the MP4 as data under data-only mode, for example.
This is what most people do, for example I use it to burn MP3's so my MP3-capable CD player can read them or MP4's that I want to play on my computer off the CD (without storing them on my hard drive)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
General rule: before you lob over a lot of money for expensive software (IE NERO BURNING ROM which supports MP4 to CD AUDIO directly), check to see if there's a free way to get the file into a format cheaper software can handle. For example, say you have AVI movie files and a cheap movie editor may only take MPG format video, but you can easily find a free converter (just search for it online) to make a video from MPG to AVI and then use the cheap editor on it.

Best luck.
