I don't know about other states but unfortunately in my state they can only strip down to a g-string. I know it's boring and it sucks but occasionally we've convinced them to whip it out briefly. America is so repressed when it comes to sexuality and nudity. Sure our movies can show throat slashings, torture and decapitation but God forbid that human genitals are shown in a 21 and older club.

In most strip clubs they don't take everything off.
If you hire a male stripper for a private party then with the right amount cash you will get what you want. That can be simply showing his package or using his tool for the audience and even having sex with an audience member. In college I did stripping at parties to make a few extra dollars and basically the more I did the more cash I made. This did have me do things for and with people that I normally wouldn't have any interest doing it with.

It depends on the local laws. Where I live, it is legal to take everything off as long as there is some kind of fabric used as covering. As a result, male strippers do "towel dances" and whatever pops out during the dance is perfectly legal.

In Australia its no big deal except for public places, In clubs they are allowed to let it all hang out and the discretion is up too the stripper and the woman in front of him. In Sydney we have a habour cruise just for the woman and it has three different levels, each level has a theme. Girls do get alot of eye candy and they have fun on it (the cruise).

The majority of strippers do in the UK, as we're like that! It can depend on the venue and circumstance, but the vast majority I have seen or experienced do!

Some do some don't. Depends on their willingness, your money and the local laws (or lack thereof).
Many of the good ones are gay so it is kind of a fantasy on the part of women observers.

Some do, some don't. In clubs, they usually don't. Hiring them for in your home? Ask in advance - they might, but for an extra fee, just like the ladies do.

They sure do if you are in Montreal Quebec Canada! And the c_u_m on stage in some of the establishments.
