The correct answer is 2CrO4 -2 + H2O

For example, K2Cr2O7 + 2NaOH = K2CrO4 + Na2CrO4 + H2O

Or in plain English, dichromate + hydroxide = chromate + water

I am not sure but could be....
Cr2O7-2 + 2OH- = H2Cr2O7 + O2
Why do you have this in the form of ions?
It could look like this H2Cr2O7 + 2NaOH = Na2Cr2O7 + 2H2O
