I graduated from Communication/Journalism program at a local college in May of 2006. I am originally from Turkey, which the 99% of the population is Muslim. It has been 7 months since my graduation and I am finding hard to find a job in the Media Industry. Lately, I am beginning to believe that the main reason for this could be because I am from Turkey and am a Muslim. How difficult is it for a Muslim-American to enter an industry that is predominantly run by the Jews in the United States? I would also like to know if there are any Muslim-Americans working in the Media Industry in US.

Are you Mel Gibson's son?

How about a better answer. Media is a difficult field and your credentials are either not up to par or they are equal and you are simply 1 of 1000 wanting the same job.

Another thought is if your Engligh skills are not the best, you will not be hired because of communication issues -- much the same way I would not be the best to work for a Turkish company.

I don't think that Jews have much hold over the US media other than the New York Times. It may be difficult for you to get into a large market. There should be lots available if you are flexible about where you would live.

If you are a reporter, you should be able to find a job.

Hmm, if that is the way you think, then maybe you don't deserve a job in media. You'd probably be welcome on Al-Jazeera as a correspondant where such thinking is probably considered "normal".

For the record, blaming your inabilities to get a job on the "Jewish run media" is called anti semitism. But as a graduate of a journalism program, one can think you can do your own research into the matter.

Have you never heard of CNN? They're the American distributor of Al-Jazeera news and videos. Most of the big Hollywood names against our invoolvement in Iraq's "civil war" that want us to rush into Darfur's civil war, are of Middle Eastern heritage. PS I didn't know Dan Rather was Jewish?

Nonsense. Those Jews in journalism go out of their way to show that they have rejected their religion and their people. If you are any good, they will grab you to show their liberalism.

It's definitely a world-wide conspiracy. Your one case proves it, undoubtedly. But what you fail to realize that it's a VAMPIRE conspiracy. The undead control everything. Trust no one.
