First, hydrate. Drink lots of water each day and use a cuticle cream or oil. That will get your nailbeds ready for growth.

Second, you didn't say what if any problems you have in growing your nails. Do they grow slow because they're so thick and strong? Or do they grow fast but break fast because they're flexible but they peel back? Or do they grow fast but they break off?

That sort of information would be useful here.

I would absolutely recommend Nailtek products. You can get them at Ulta, Target, and many salons. They are also available online. There are different formulas in that product line called treatments. There is going to be one for you.

I have bendy peely nails. I use Nailtek II. I keep that on them all the time and I polish. This really helps me! Really the polish does the trick. All the time. Some say your nails have to breathe, etc. That's untrue. Nails are dead and the skin underneath still has access to air through the polish. My nails have never been stronger. Strangely it was when I took the polish off that I had breaks.

By the way I use a layer of Nailtek II, two layers of color, usually OPI or China Glaze, even Revlon or Sally Hansen, and I top off with a lovely shining quick drying topcoat that's amazing, Seche Vite.
