If I was staying here for New Year's, I'd definitely be going to the concert at the USC Galen Center with the Flaming Lips, Gnarls Barkley and Cat Power.

Disneyland, but it will be VERY crowded, you can always go to a late dinner at downtown Disney then watch the fireworks from outside of the park.
