This is my first guinea pig and I'm not sure if it's natural for their teeth to fall out. Should I go to a vet? Will it grow back?

It is definately not normal if it's an adult guinea pig and these are not it's milk teeth. And it will have serious health consequences as these animals gnaw on hard food with their teeth. If the took broke off partially, your pet will be in very terrible pain.
You need to get it to the vet immediately! The vet will be able to determine why the tooth was lost, repair dental damage to the point that the animal isn't suffering and will advise you on changes to the guinea pig's diet.
Guinea pigs are not like sharks where a tooth will eventually grow back. They are like you and I and once an adult tooth is gone, it's gone for good.

They are not supposed to fall out, but they do occasionally lose teeth, usually by breaking them.

Soak his food till it's soft, or feed him bread soaked in milk. They'll grow back in a week or two. The same thing happened to one of mine a couple years ago.
