if a woman can do what she likes with her body such as having an abortion, since she has the same body for a abortion , as she does for being a prostitute why would it be illegal for her to prostitute her body , seems to me it would be one hell of a lot less sin, please no B.S. I am serious,

Prostitution is legal in some areas (Ever heard of the Mustang Ranch?). In Nevada it is allowed in some areas under controlled conditions, much like an abortion. The ladies have to have regular examinations to prevent the spread of anything harmful.
I think it is funny how many people say that prostitution is illegal for health reasons. At least when they then use the logic that legalizing abortions have created regulations that improve the welfare of the participant. Basically both abortions and prostitution happen. Legalizing them gives the government a little better control.
I'm actually against the legalization of both, but I do ask for some logic to be used in deciding laws.

Prostitution is illegal because it aids in the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Since the government must control everything sold in the United States, it would also have to control sex. That's impossible.
Abortion is legal because of the women's right movement. Sinful as it may be, it has always gone on, even when it was illegal, for thousands of years. In some countries, it was their promary source of birth control. The problem when is was illegal was that women would to it themselves or in unregulated underground facilities.This is another issue of government control. SInce it is legal, it can be done in clean government-supervised facilities, virtually illiminating complications and death from the procedure. In fact, only 1/1000 get complications, compared to 1/12 from carrying a child to full term.

Abortion is legal because the U.S. Supreme Dictators lied about the U.S. Constitution.
The reason prostitution isn't legal -- yet -- is because the Supreme Dictators haven't gotten to that topic -- yet. Just give them some more time and they'll probably lie about the Constitution again and they'll legalize prostitution.
If that's what you want, then heaven help you.

Having sex and unprotected sex leads to STD's which can and does spread. There are health issues at stake for the america public.
Whereas you can't go around policing every woman that's of childbearing age to see if she is pregnant That's the only way that you can stop abortion. If you ban it legally you end up with back alley doctors. You end up with more baby being throw in river, dumpster, toilet, trash cans. IT's bad enough they are throw babies away now Imagine what would happen if they did away with abortion.

Christian fascists such as yourself keep prostitution illegal....even though it's been proven time and time again that making it legal would reduce crime and disease associated with it. Out of sight, out of mind I suppose.
Is using a condom a sin in your faith as well? I would have considered it a blessing if your parents had chosen to wear one. In my estimation it's being a closed mind bigot that should be made illegal.

So that when a pulbic person wants to hold something over the prostuite(spelled wrong) they can put them in jail, and the abortion is so they dont have to pay child support.
