i have tried all the clicking and unclicking and it says its off, yet when i press the P, O, I, U, L, K, J, M, and other button without holding down FN, i get number instead. HELP!!!

nothing like sticky keys in it. wat u r telling bout is th numpad feature in most laptops assigned to these alphabets, just check wether the num lock is 'on' or 'off' wen u get numbers from pressing these letters, if its on, turn it off OR if off turn it on. ;-)

press Rght shift 5 times it will bring up a window then go to settings and change combination or you could just press rght shift again 5 times and see what happens
