I think i have a bone bruise on my lower spine. It hurts anytime i try to walk or strech i can see on my back its red and has some brown bruises. Im a gymnast and i had 6 hours of gymnastics in a row and i think thats how i got it (i do alot of back walk overs). Any Tips on getting rid of it?

Try arnica, it's an herb that you can get in gel or lotion format at most health food stores and some pharmacies. It helps with bruising. Also ice.
This doesn't actually sound like a bone bruise (and yes they are scientifically possible Mr. Smarty Pants) it sounds like muscle and soft tissue bruising. A bone bruise will take a bit of time to appear and they take forever to heal. I bruised my shin really badly about a year and a half ago and it is still a tiny bit tender.

theres really no way to speed things like that up. i bruised the bone in my ankle before and it took what seemed like forever to heal. i guess the best advice i can give is to relax as long as you can. don't make any unnessary trips anywhere for now.

i would take some ibuprofen, it decreases pain and swelling and day the day off. dont forget to ice it if its hurting.
