you just gotta keep goin and continue doing fat burning exercises. the fat on your gut will come off last, and will probably be stubborn. unfortunately, you cant spot-reduce fat. it comes off your body in an all-over pattern. and for almost all men the gut is the place it clings to the longest, and also the first place it shows up....generally, fat comes off in the reverse order it was put on.concentrate on fat-burning activities until your gut is gone....then worry about doing sit ups and crunches to tone the muscle that will at last be visible.
PS: NOTHING that you rub on or into your skin will burn fat.

Tell me & we will both know!
I come from the Bellyfat Tribe!
Some people are just prone to it.No matter what we do.My whole family has belly fat.Even my little 13yr old granddaughter, who is so slim & beautiful! She has a pocket of fat on her belly that is gonna get bigger with time, just like all of us other women in this family.
So those who say everyone who is fat is lazy or a foodaholic, you are wrong!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Watch this video at http://www.customizedfatloss.link to learn how you can lose belly fat and get six pack abs in a short period of time. It will blow your mind. I was able to lose the belly fat and get ripped in only 6 weeks.
You will also have access to a fully customizable online weight loss software system which uses body type, age, sex, weight and current fitness level to determine the most appropriate amount of food to eat and when. It also includes a training program specific to your body type. Good luck!

Go for runs during the morning/day and do crunches at night, along with any other ab excercises. Make sure you are on a good, healthy diet, eating lots of fruits and vegetables.

You first have to loose loads of body fat before you see any results, ie, sixpack, stay off the weights, but do lots of cardio work

I find that making love to my wife 3 times a week really helps my abs. It's better than 100 crunches.
