u should find it out by trying - for different exercises for different parts of body people usually use different weight. u take the lightest and check how many times u can make it - for instance for a bench press take just an empty bar and check how many times u can repeat lifting it. then according to that u add weight - u repeat 20 times with empty mar add 5 kg on each side (10 kg) and try to make it 12 times. if u can do more than 12 add 2,5 kg on each side and so on. for a woman if u re not professionally training for competitions in bodybuilding u might do everything with 4 sets with 12 reps, when 2 last repetitions of eac set would be on the exhaustion level. this will be proper weight for u. i hope u understood what i meant

I am a 6'4" football player who weighs in at 270 lbs and can help with weight lifting. it will depend on your lift first off, for a toned look(i assume thats what your looking for), do more repetitions but less weight, such as 50-75 lbs. Squating is a whole other story, or squats you should once again do more repetitions but less weght. You can possibly work your way up to lifting your own weight which would be ideal, however work your way up to your goal and make sure you do th lifts right or you may have worked a certain part of your body out that might not be to flattering. Anyways hope i can help any other questions email me for info.

depends on what your body composition is. If you're mainly muscle, you'll probably be able to lift at least 70-100 lbs LOL but try to the gym and try lifting a certain amount. If that's too light, try a little bit more. If you max out (as in, you lift a certain amount and find that you can't lift the set about 5 pounds heavier), then the weight you maxed out at is what you can lift, but you can't do that often LOL! Maxing out is exhausting *_*

Depends on what kind of lift you are wanting to attempt. A dead lift, most likely the bar plus 10's on each side(65 lbs). Bench pressing probably the bar (45 lbs).

Well, I dunno about women, and I dont know if it is the same. But men should be able to bench press their weight to be averagely fit. Or their weight and a half for pretty fit. But I think being a woman if I remember correctly, If you weigh 120, you should bench about 80 pounds. And I think you should be able to curl atleast 60 ten times, and I think it is ten times for each.

Do you mean for a bench press? I'd say about 55 to 60 lbs six times would be your max. That's my max. but I'm about an inch taller than you..but it should be close
