Don't use excercise as an an excuse to eat a lot. Sure, you can eat more, but definitely dont stack everything up. As always, watch what you eat. The healthier the things you eat the better you will feel, the better you will perform while excercising, and the more you will lose weight and continue to look good.

You can eat a lot if you exercise, sure. But make sure what you are eating a lot of is healthy and weight friendly. That is what makes the difference.

No, you can do harm to your body that you may not see. There is still the issue of blood pressure, diabetes, and the like. Even body-builders have a diet to follow. See your doctor, and see what is best for you.

Exercising and eating the right foods raises your metabolism, meaning you need more food to operate. as long as you're exercising and not getting fat (eating when you're hungry and eating good foods), it's ok.

Don't stuff yourself on every sitting. But you can pretty much eat whatever you want if you workout HARD.

I'm a nurse. Anything in excess isn't good for anyone. I would recommend you limit your intakes.

hell no, depends on what your eating, you don't want to eat mcdonalds and excersice 'cause the cholesterol ain't gonna go away

It depends on what you eat. But basically...
If your input...calories..is more than your output..then it is not good.
