i need to know if you can unblock a games dept as they have blocked me from theyr site please could som1 help?

if you can get to the game web site but can not log in then it is not an IP problem. your account may have been compromised, or your conduct on the site has been that bad that they have blocked or terminated your user account.
the only thing you can do is get a friend to sign in on your behalf with there own account or try creating a new account on the site for your own use.
then email the customer service department with the details of the problem.
it could as i said be your account has been compromised. if your password waas not strong enough such as a name or dictionary word then the chances are there is someone using your account to log in.
check your email that you used to sign up to the site, see if you have an email stating your account password has been changed. (not always available as the hacker may have had the email changed as well).
the only other option is find your original email sign up confirmation and email customer service direct from your email provider or email reader.

one final point make sure your firewall has not blocked the site. this can happen if other peopel use your computer and the game may have started or run on startup and the blocked that from accessing the web.

and to actually answeer the question if it is your ISP or the games company blocked your IP address (unlikely) you have a slim hope by (if you use a dynamic ip ISP dial up or standard ADSL broadband connection) you can turn off your modem for a minute or two and your IP address will be changed when you next log on. however a cable modem normally has a static Ip address which means you need to contact your ISP for an IP address change.
that is the only way to get around the problem as far as i can see.

You can try a web-based proxy like ninjaproxy.com or proxify.com but they might have proxy access blocked. If they only banned your IP you can call your ISP and ask them to reset it to something else. They could have also banned your MAC address which makes the modem you have useless for that website.

You didn't state how you could have been blocked in the first place. Could you have been doing something abusive?

you need to use a proxy server - go and look at Multi Proxy for a quick solution. Or call your ISP and ask if they have any approved proxy servers.
