My phone's bluetooth is always on. Does it consume the battery?

Yes, it is constantly sending out the blue-tooth signal, so it will cut down your battery life by a little bit. Mine cuts it down by about a day or two compared to not having it turned on.

Yep, I always take mine out if i know im not going to be using it for a while, just for that very reason.

yes it does.... consuming like 15% more power as usual
