what happened to my internet?

what happened to my internet when i open a internet it loads like 1 hour to open my internet and when i open like 1 minute my computer restarts itself and i tryed on my firefox it does the same thing but in the firefox it says Unknown.jpg detected and it offs the fire fox........what happened to my internet please tell me whats wrong and how can i cure it please tell me full details with complete answers.......THANKS

first, run a virus scan (if your computer will allow you without terminating the aplication). if this "restarting" patterns happens to all icons or programs you're trying to open or run, then this is a problem with your computer. This is not a problem with your internet. Internet is only a connection. If it's your Browser that is having issues, then focus on the computer for the meantime.

usually, performing a system restore fixes this. If the problem still exists, then call your computer manufacturer. Some applications might be corrupted esp. since your getting a file error when you open firefox.

mmm...you seem to have a problem there...did you make a virus scan and all? a imean a deep one? it might be because you deleted something that belongs to the internet. um...if this doesn't work..then try to go to www.microsoft.com and tell your problem question there...they might help more then I or others can do...

Sounds like trhe two internet programs are fighting each other.Why do you want or need two anyway?Take one out and see what happens.
