well it involves allot of stretch for example
1-sit on the floor with both leg together straight in front of you and try to touch your nose on your knees it will hurt but dnt push yourself, hold this for 30 seconds.
2-sit in the flor with your legs ina "v" shape in front of you and try to touch your elbows on the floor hol this for 30 seconds

stretch stretch stretch stretch and practice.
groin, hammstring, quadracept stretchs. the lot.
any leg strectch will benefit.
