38 i look 30 because I don't drink or smoke. Should I ask her out for lunch or what?

I don't think it ever hurts to ask as long as it's done in a respectful manner. Just prepare yourself mentally so your not offended if the age difference is an issue for her. Also it might be worth considering if it could potentially end up being awkward in the future if she works at a place you go to often. Hope this helps you

Firstly just because she smiles at you doesn't mean she wants to tie you to her bed and rip off all your clothes (of course, it could mean exactly that).

Young girls often enjoy the company of older guys because we are more mature. So make sure you ask her out in adult way. Coffee is a good one, because it is neutral, age independent, and easier to talk. Then she is not really going out with you on a date, so it easier for her to say yes. It is opportunity to find out if you both like the same things.

As an older guy you may be a gateway for her into a more adult world, assuming of course your hobbies are not collecting comics and running a Star Wars fan web site.

Don't worry about people say about age differences, I am only attracted to mature women, and I must admit I have been deeply attracted to 19-20 year old girls who have high levels of maturity.

Good luck in your search for love.

Its hard to find a good woman nowadays and if you come across one that is nice & cute then I say ask her! Nothing wrong with dating a younger woman as long as you don't take advantage of her. It may turn out you have nothing in common but at least you gave it a shot.

Well, my first question is how do you know her age? (did she tell you, or does she look 20?). If you are interested, and you are respectful, I see no harm in asking. Just be prepared to show grace if she says no. Good luck!

No. Eighteen years is too much of a difference. She's just being nice to you to get a big tip.

Yeah...that should work out nicely. Right up to the time you tell her how old you are and she realizes someone her DAD'S AGE is hitting on her!!!!

you could try,but you need to tell her how old you are because i think you are too old, if she didn't just walk away say that you are very poor than you can date with her.
