Soda but I wish we called it Pop. I think its cute so I started calling my dad "pops"

I call it soda since I'm from Southern Missouri, but I live in Montana now and everyone here calls it pop.. I cant seem to remember it's pop.. so I still say soda..

I know some people who call it "Soft Drink" some people call it all "coke" and others call it "Soda". I don't know anyone who calls it "Pop" except my relatives who are also from Michigan.
I'm from Texas, by the way.

I'm basically from the south, in Memphis. We usually just said "coke". From then I've lived in Seattle, Dallas, and Houston. There it's either say what you want, soda, or "coke". Almost never pop.
I hardly ever drink the stuff anymore. Now I gotta go buy a new belt!

In central California we are brand specific. Most people say Coke or Pepsi or even Dr. Pepper. The rest of us usually say soda.
