Teeth are stained. Please help!
My 17 month old takes a multi- vitamin with iron with his milk in the morning. It is stain his teeth really bad. I brush his teeth when he lets me but still stained. Any suggestion on how to get rid of the stain. Please Help!

Iron in hard water or pills can stain some peoples teeth. It looks horrible but they do not hurt the teeth. A cleaning at the dentist office, pediatric dentist preferably, will remove the stains. He may not like the dentist cleaning his teeth but trust me it WILL NOT HURT him.Just know that the stains will keep coming back as long as he takes iron supplements. Just keep getting his teeth cleaned. I clean iron stains off children's teeth all the time.

Wow I put it in my sons juice everymorning as well. He has never had stained teeth though. Maybe brush his teeth RIGHT after he drinks it??? I have no clue what brand you are using but thats weird. I use the poly vi sol with iron. Sound liek you need to have him brush more often wether he wants it or not.

Talk to your Pediatrician and take him to the dentist.

go to the dentist- there could be a problem with his enamel
