Lawyers, or Experience Car Wreck, Emotionally, and some pain can I collect $?
I was in the car driving this past weekend with my 2 kids
5, and 9.
A guy in a huge suburban, compared to my smaller 05 toyoto camary, guns his car, out of a store onto the road, hits my car. I was doing NOTHING wrong, just driving down the road.
My daughter bumped her head, was crying, freaked me out BAD.
My son bumped his head on the seat. Both had seatbelts on, both are ok. I was sore in my neck all day that day, I guess between the jolt, and tensing, stress, ect.
Car taken in, so I had no car today or yesterday- that was crap.
the car at the repair place said they would really look at it on monday. It drained all the fluid, soap, and water out of car, and damaged around the front tire.Dont know what that cost will total.

I so greatful to God no one was hurt.

I think his insurance company should pay something other than just repairs. Will they? If so what? It was a terrible experience.

How about you show your children that it's possible to recover from a traumatic experience without demanding cash.

His insurance company should pay for damages to your car. They should pay for any hospital or doctors bills. They should pay for any pay and suffering for anyone in your car. Don't be a hurry to settle because you might have medical problems pop up later. In fact, make sure the pain and suffering is the very last thing you accept, because after that the claim is closed. If you have insurance, they could possibly get you a rental car to drive until you can get your car back. Then that would be billed to the other drivers insurance as well. If no one was seriously injured you should get approximately $2000 for each person in your car for the pain and suffering. They will offer you something very small but you just need to negotiate with them. Good Luck!

Yes you could sue, but unless someone was actually hurt... about all you are going to get are car repairs from it. Possibly funding for a rental car while yours is in the shop.

The assurance corporation will no longer pay for something extra effective than the damages to the automobile. you haven't any longer have been given any scientific costs to pay besides. in case you desire to sue them for emotional misery, I doubt you have a reliable adequate case. You did no longer adventure something diverse than anybody else it relatively is in contact in a fender bender. some issues in life suck whilst they take place to you. those that are sue-happy make it suck for each guy or woman else, too. in simple terms be happy that anybody is all suitable, handle the inconvenience, and enable the Lord handle the guy that hit you.....

You need to take your children to the doctor and make sure they are not hurt.
