She should have not gotten fat. She will never get rid of them. Maybe laser skin treatment.

unfortunately there is nothing you can do. I have checked with many dermatologist and stretch marks are from the inside out so there do not go away. How ever over time they fade a little lighten up, look more white. Just make sure she know the sun/tanning make them show up more and scratching them can make them worse, so keep them lotioned...vitamin e/cocoa butter, some people mistaken think that stuff can prevent but it can not, a lot has to do with genetics and whether or not your skin has a good elasticity. Surgery like some sort of skin removal is all, tummy tucks stuff like that and for a child, well probably not the best answer, just let her know everyday how beautiful she is!

There is no way to get rid of stretch marks. There are lotions and creams that sometimes minimize them but once you have them you have them forever.

It is child abuse to let a nine year old get SO fat that she has to deal with stretch marks. Chew on that for a little while. Share it with your friend. I imagine that you would get rid of them the same way your friend would get rid of hers.
