This is a ? that flashes and a box with a triangle with a ! in the middle that pops up and says System alert, click on the bubble to be protected from virus.

You need to download, install, and run Spybot, Search and Destroy. It's free and (along with Adaware)one of the best spyware detectors/removers available.
Go to www.safer-networking.org to find Spybot.
That particular bug is a security risk that poses as an anti-spyware program. Get rid of it soon.
