I go and check out a few specific folks on here, because they either make me laugh or make me think a little deeper, and I see nothing wrong in that. It doesn't make me feel like a stalker!
Having said that, I have ended up living with McCatterie, who I first encountered on Y!A! We used to follow each other around the site, mainly because we irritated each other!...

No way. I think it's only natural to do this, don't you? I will even read through the Q & A of people who I think are totally nuts or condescending to see if I want to get into answering their questions, all depends on my mood and how much of an @ss I feel like being & sometimes I do. I am sitting here working most of the time & if my work load slows down, I will come over here and start wandering around. I guess I am hooked and maybe I am a stalker.

No. There are a couple of people who are good enough to always take a look at what they are asking or answering. So you are not the only one doing it.

It is a violation of the guidelines if you do it in order to give them false abuse reports or ratings. That would be stalking. And the YA computers will notify you if the same person has given you X bad ratings so you know who the stalker is, and have options as to what to do about it. Otherwise, have fun. You can track another participant in order to give a thumbs-up however, that is not a violation, that is e-friendship 8-)

Not a stalker, just kinda naughty.
And why are they always answering really cool questions that I never saw?
I mean questions that are 5 min old. I've been here, how do I miss them?

Nope, I do it too sometimes.

But perhaps that's because I have a high stalker-tolerance level. I often lurk in bushes with long pieces of wheat taped to my camo vest and my blue biking helmet. Sometimes the blue gives me away, and sometimes it's the blaze orange pants that does it.

Yeah, I do feel like that! However, I think most people do. I also read through some people's answers and questions that I don't like out of curiosity.

Yes, I do that as well. But only the first 5 or so, after that I move on.

Sitting outside somebody's house and/or following a person around would constitute as stalking.

Reading questions and answers. I don't think that is stalking. Yes, I've done that too. :)
