omg! i have the best solution 4 u. i asked my sister the same question.(shes a model for ambrocrombie & fitch) Anywayz use the lip gloss called "lip injection" by too faced. good luck!

you can't make your lips actually fuller, all you can do is make them appear fuller. the lipglosses that plump your lips have a lot of ingredients that irritate your lips and make the blood flow to them more, making them appear bigger.
you can line your lips with certain liners then put shiny lipgloss on (like mac lipglass) and it will also appear fuller without your lips feeling like they're gonna burn off!

Lip plumpers, OR use a highlighter (light colored pencil -- white/irredecent) and put it on the top center of your lip, and then the middle of your bottom lip.. the light will catch it right and make your lips appear fuller.

ok they just came out with this new lip stuff that is like botox with out the surgery there are lip gloss and lipstick just look in the makeup aile in the store its called lip fussion

Lip Fusion XL has worked for me..but it is rather pricey though. Still cheaper than injections and/or surgery. :-)

Palmers- in a big swivel stick- vit e - cocoa butter and more- works great- I ordered mine online- through the drug store-great stuff-D
