Be very careful with this, it is a double-edged sword. Minors are protected under literally hundreds of laws that are not there for adults. You can sue but you can also be sued. You still can’t vote or drink or any of the fun things that you think adults get to do. A minor has no contractual obligation. You can make a contract and not be held to it. An emancipated minor will be held to it in full accordance with the law.
You can still sue somebody while you are a minor, you just need a responsible adult to act as proxy. Wanting to sue somebody is a stupid reason for wanting to be emancipated and demonstrates to me that in no way are you ready to take your place in society as a functioning citizen.
Enjoy being a kid, it only gets harder.

No child should be given a status in society equal to that of an adult. From a religious or moral standpoint, of course. they are equal. But that is a different matter. To regard children as equal in status to adults is a part of good old left wing ideology. It allows governments and their acolytes to control the behaviour of adults, particularly parents, by legislating to tell parents how to bring up their children. It is a means whereby governments can directly influence the upbringing of children, by sidelining their parents and other adults. It is also perverse, in the sense that it can turn children against their own parents. There was already in place, sufficient legislation to protect children from parents anfd other adults, eg cruelty. No, this is an attack on parents rights to bring up their OWN children without the state sticking its nose in.

Have fun making your way in the world with no support structure to help you along. Emancipating yourself is the kids' version is saying "**** you, I don't need you" to your parents. You need them, whether you like it or not.
Go ahead and sue the world and everyone in it...it won't help you.

who are you suing? your parents? otherwise you can sue without being emancipated, or rather your parents can sue on your behalf,,,,,,, if your suing your parents, it seems there are some serious issues with them,,,,, so it might be best to be away from them anyway
