They call it morning sickness, but that term hardly ever applies to anyone LOL. It's whatever whenever sickness. I know I was sick and vomiting until my eighth month, I actually lost 15 pounds before I gained anything. Just make sure that if you are puking, that you try to take in as much fluids as possible so that you do not become dehydrated. I lived on ice cubes and pre-natal vitamins for the longest time. IF it gets super bad and you just find you can't deal, you can ask your doctor for a prescription. He'll probably prescribe you Diclectin, which is formulated for pregnant women (40 years and still #1). Good luck! I hope it passes soon :)

Be glad you are not puking everything up. I think I must have puked up every meal I ate in early pregnancy till I was about 4 months lmfao. Its rough sometimes. And it is VERY normal to have an upset stomach. You really NEED to eat though. Try 6 small meals a day and make them healthy. I use to get sick If I let myself get too hungry.

first off don't take pepto bismol, if your going to take anything talk to you doctore before you do. and your stomach is also growing as well as your uterus..so along with morning sickness your growing. Even though you don't have much of an appetite anymore it's always best to eat alot of really small meals through out the day instead of 3.

first make sure you are eating the right food..not too much greasy food. second, don't take any medication without asking your OBGYN. 3rd, ask your Mom or a close friend for some more advise. Be careful on what you eat because anything that you swallow will automatically go straight to the fetus...unborn child. Good luck and take care of yourself..

You could also purchase a book called " What to expect when expecting" that book is very informative and it helped me all the way when I had my son.

I got sick every time I ate for the first four months so you are really lucky if you just get an upset stomach. If it persists or you start losing too much weight you can ask your doctor for some anti nausea meds like Phenerghan and Zofran. I use both and they work great.

Magnesium Oxide supplement pills. the type for bone and joint well being. They fill up the magnesium you lost from ingesting, and that they are regularly made with calcium which helps with any abdomen themes. Magnesium with diet B12 will do away with the shaky palms too. LOL and don't have 'a hair of the canines that bit you' aka somewhat regardless of you have been ingesting final night. it could make the tummy pass away now, even with the undeniable fact that it is going again later so which you will could desire to handle it besides. do no longer drink something bitter like OJ or any colored Sodas like Coke. The diet C interior the OJ and the caramel coloring interior the Cola will make your abdomen much extra disenchanted. I desire Sprite, and various it.

That is very normal. A lot of girls experience morning sickness during the first trimester. You only need to be alarmed it gets so severe that you are suffering from malnutrition. So, if the idea of eating disgusts you so badly that you can't, or simply can't hold anything down you should talk to your doctor.
