Ok I don't want to make my instructor feel guilty but I want her to understand something. She always give me Bs in her classes.

But here's my situation well you'll see in the letter..let me know if it's not wise and give me suggestions(this is not all of the letter):
Two summers ago I suffered a severe trauma(hint..my attacker is now registered as a sex offender!), that caused me to fail in college last year(I couldn't concentrate in school and had no desire to do anything, too depressed. All that changed this fall.) they suspended me and gave me one last chance(this current year). So if I fail or stay below a C-ish GPA I won't be able to go back to school. So I hope I get the grade I deserve and fair, and that I hope I get to go back to school next semester. Have a great Christmas!

---

That's all of the letters. I got 1 bs and two cs now. Final grades. I'm still at 1.8...

Suggestions? BE NICE THANKS!

here's the rest of the letter:
How are you? I am good thanks. Um as you have discovered already, I only finished job six and never handed in job seven. Such a procrastinator I am and finals demanding my time, I did not get to complete Job 7.

Also, if this may help if not, that's ok.

As for the attack...don't worry it's been reported and I've been healed.

The class I was talking about...I never missed a day of class but I did miss a few homework assignments, so far I have a B in there.

This is certainly a complicated question. Remember that from the professor's point of view, the only question he/she is truly responsible for is whether you earned an A or a B. The consequence of what follows from that are out of his or her hands.

Notice that in your follow up comments you say about your work in the class that you were present for every class, but you admit missing some homework assignments and not turning in "job seven." And you make no comment about the quality of the work you did turn in (whether it was A or B quality). The only genuine complaint you have with this particular professor is if he or she typically gives A's for the quality of work you are doing (and in spite of missing assignments), and therefore is for some reason singling you out for special punishment. It is unfair to try to make the professor feel guilty because the fair grade he or she is going to give you might hurt your ability to stay in college.

Your real complaint is with the people "upstairs" who are possibly placing unrealistic expectations on you considering what you have been through. It sounds like your recent work is above C quality, which would indicate you are making excellent progress. Make sure your academic advisor is fully advised and acting as your advocate in this matter.

You need to go speak to the teacher first and tell the teacher the situation.

Then you need to get an attorney. Punishing you for an act of violence is not humane. If you have no money for an attorney call the Legal Aide Society in your State; they all have web sites on the Internet

You should do two things immediately... First - TALK to the professor - don't send a letter, talk to them face-to-face. Second - see the campus counselor... I know you have taken care of this on other fronts, but talking with the counselor gets this on record at the University, and gives you "official" backup should you need it.

i suggest you talk with your lecturers about it... if they are mean and not helpful, take it to the principal of the school. i'm sure he/she will be able to give you another chance :)

don't leave anything out--the principal should have enough sympathy to think of a way for you to get through college. talk to your best friends and family about your situation too. it's best to share with those who are close to you and those who support you. all the best! :)

If you have medical proof, immediatley discuss this with the dean's office and ask for special consideration and programs for those who have disabilities. You might qualify.
