We release most of the heat by our ears, mouth, and nose by respiration. A buildup can induce a headache but to reduce the likelyhood of that happening our bodies produce sweat.

The heat is dissipated through perspirative processes. Water is relieved to cover the skin and when it evaporates, it causes the temperature to fall.
