No, seriously, I'd guess it's probably some little preposition like "of" or "on" or some such thing.

"Wow!" could mean a million things, too --like it could mean "What a big elephant," or "What a green frog," or "What a hot pepper." But then someone else might say "Wow!" only means "I'm astonished" or "Gee, what a big surprise," or "Holy Mackerel!" So there are lots of different ways to count meanings.

I doubt whether you'll get an answer that would satisfy everyone, because counting meanings isn't like counting apples, and different dictionaries could give different numbers of meanings, depending largely on how they chose to word their definitions.

It may be that the question isn't answerable.

possibly it would be "get." Another is "charge." If you look in a dictionary for English-Spanish, you can count the number of different translations for any given word.
